About the Position The Associate Attorney will primarily focus on supporting the firm's litigation and transactional matters. The role requires in-person attendance at our Monterey office. Requirements Key Qualifications + Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California State Bar. + Minimum two years of legal experience preferred; applicants with less experience may be considered depending on their background. + Strong research, writing, and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. + Experience in litigation, business law, or real estate law is a plus.
