We are currently seeking a motivated andexperienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at our limited servicehotel in Gretna Louisiana. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hoteloperations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Lead and motivate the hotel staff to deliveroutstanding service while maintaining high standards.
Monitor and manage hotel budgets financialperformance and operational costs.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures toensure compliance and quality.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly andprofessionally.
Collaborate with department heads to enhance guestexperiences and operational effectiveness.
Assist in staff recruitment training and performanceevaluations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within ahotel preferably in a limited service environment.
Hilton experience is highly preferred.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonalskills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managemultiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in hotel management software and MicrosoftOffice Suite.
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guestsatisfaction.
