Salary: $81,250 - 146,875 per year Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with 5 years of development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages and development tools.
• Strong technical background, with expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, or C#. Experience with development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Visual Studio is required. Web and desktop application development skills are desired, as well as experience developing with .Net and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate execution of routine tasks and thorough documentation.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Developer or Azure Developer Associate, are highly desirable.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies as needed.

Responsibilities:

• I will design and develop custom software applications to meet the specific business needs and requirements of the organization.
• I will test and debug software applications to ensure that they are error-free and meet our organization’s standards.
• I will maintain and update software applications as necessary to ensure their continued effectiveness.
• I will collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that software applications align with our technology needs and effectively support operations.
• I will stay current with emerging technologies, including new programming languages and software development tools, and recommend the adoption of new technologies as necessary.
• I will develop and maintain documentation for software applications, including user manuals, technical specifications, and design documents.
• I will provide support to end-users as needed, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems.
• I will participate in scrums with other IT members, business owners, and stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and upcoming tasks.

This position offers a competitive pay range of $81,250.00 - $146,875.00.
