Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in both Excel and QuickBooks to support daily financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate financial records
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Reconcile accounts and prepare basic financial reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Provide general accounting and administrative support

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of prior accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Recent working experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week, flexible scheduling - Monday - Friday) 
• This position is expected to work in-office on most days; therefore, you must be able to reliably commute to the office. 
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
